Quan feu la reserva via email al subject escriviu "RESERVA SALA" i una de les següents categories: "F,T,P,V"

| (1) F | Curs de Formació | Algú fa de "profe" i vol "ensenyar" a fer alguna cosa a d'altres (sigui un curs formal o informal) | 
| (2) T | Reunió Tècnica |  Algú o un grup de persones busca sinergies i/o ajuda. Procés d'aprenentatge col.lectiu, tots aprenen alhora (hackatons, think-tanks,brainstorms,   mini-workshops) |
| (3) P | Reunió de Projecte | Reunió tècnica en relació a la organització/gestió d'un projecte (interna i/o amb gent de fora). Cal especificar el projecte. Parlem de projectes fromals. |
| (4) V | Videoconferencia | webinar, online meetings (tot el que tingui a veure amb una comunicació a distància amb algú)  |
